Jessie & Will’s Joyful Celebration in the Blue Mountains

Jessie and Will celebrated their beautiful Hydro Majestic Blue Mountains wedding on Saturday, saying their vows at the stunning Majestic Point Lookout. Just outside the Boiler House Restaurant, the lookout offered sunny views over the megalong valley. It was the perfect setting for an unforgettable day.

Their ceremony was led by one of my absolute favourite celebrants, Johan. His fun, positive energy made the whole experience feel effortless and joyful. After the ceremony, we spent some time on the lawn capturing golden hour portraits.

We then headed over to the Heritage Garden for a change of scenery. By this time, the light had shifted into blue hour, creating a moody and magical atmosphere for portraits. A quick tip for couples planning a Hydro Majestic Blue Mountains wedding: leave plenty of time to move between locations. The property is huge and full of amazing spots for photos.

Back at the Boiler House Restaurant, the reception was informal, upbeat, and full of energy. Johan also MC’d the evening, keeping guests entertained with plenty of games and laughter. Jessie and Will were so keen to party that we reshuffled the run sheet to give them more time with their guests.

DJ Adrian brought the vibes. Even with a more intimate guest list, the dance floor stayed full from start to finish.

It was such a joyful and heartfelt day, filled with laughter, dancing, and stunning candid moments. This is exactly what makes a Hydro Majestic Blue Mountains wedding so special.

When and where did you get engaged? 

Ritzy resort in Bali, in the treetops of the rainforest with a private dinner in an iconic “birds” nest location as a suprised for Vallentines day.
