Laid-Back Luxury at Mack & Tash’s Zest Point Piper Wedding

Mack & Tash kept things simple, fun, and true to them from the very beginning. After meeting online and going on a roaming coffee date, their story eventually led to a sunset proposal in the Blue Mountains—and the most epic Zest Point Piper wedding to follow.

They were drawn to the waterfront views and relaxed vibe of Zest’s Beachouse, set inside the Royal Motor Yacht Club at Point Piper. With its breezy Hamptons feel and sweeping views over Rose Bay, it was the perfect spot to celebrate.

Tash was hanging out to see Mack’s face as she walked down the aisle, while Mack was mostly ready to hit the dance floor and call the planning phase done. Both goals were very much achieved.

Tell me about your The Beginning!

“We met online. Our first date was a coffee date but Tash was too nervous to sit down so we ended up having a roaming coffee walking around the shopping centre!”

When and where did you get engaged?

“We got engaged in July 2023 in the Blue Mountains! It was a beautiful sunny day until about 30 minutes before sunset, where Mack had planned to go and see the sunset (and propose). We arrived at the lookout and sat in the car as it bucketed down raining. Tash wanted to go home, but Mack was determined that the rain was going to let up. Sure enough – the rain held off for 5 minutes, so we ran out of the car to the lookout and Mack popped the question!”

Why did you choose to have a Zest, Point Piper Wedding?

“We wanted to be by the water!”

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

“Tash – most looking forward to seeing Mack’s reaction as I walk down the aisle. Mack – hitting the dance floor and not having to think about planning a wedding again!”
