Tell me about your The Beginning!

Conor and I met on hinge. Our first date was a walk from Manly to Shelly Beach Conor then had to race off back to Canberra. Our second date was going for a surf and having a burrito afterwards that was the best. Our third date although I wouldn’t really call it a date was meeting up for two up on Anzac Day. This is where we really connected after this. Conor somehow managed to have me come and visit him in Canberra after spending two days together. We were definitely sold on each other. We were both quite nervous and definitely didn’t show our true selves To begin with, but both have the same Quirky, weird personality

 

When and where did you get engaged?

On Conor‘s 29th birthday we went for a surf at whale Beach. The weather was terrible and nobody was in the water and I told him that this was the last thing I wanted to do. He kept insisting that because it’s his birthday he got to decide what we did. I actually said I hate this just before we got in the water after about 15 minutes Conor asked me to paddle over to him. I politely said to him I don’t need your help I can catch a wave on my own. Lol! He paddle over to me and proposed in the water, Minutes later a set came and dumped us, was a picnic on the beach for us and it was just perfect.

 

How did you come to choose your venue?

We wanted something that was a bit different. Felt like a weekend getaway and obviously not too exy haha

 

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Having fun with our friends, committing to each other and partying. The cocktail hour is what I think we’re both very keen for and the dance floor.
