An Intimate Ceremony at their Marrickville Home

It was a quiet Saturday as I arrived to photograph the intimate wedding of Kate & Giddey. It was clear that this was going to be a special day, with only their closest family and friends in attendance.

As I made my way upstairs to their Marrickville home, I couldn’t help but notice the love and excitement in the air. The ceremony was short and sweet, with a sprinkle of banter. As the newlyweds said their I do’s and kissed, I captured the moment with my camera, knowing that these memories would be cherished for years to come.

After the ceremony, Kate & Giddey joined their friends and family for drinks, sharing stories and laughter. I was struck by how close-knit this group was, and how much they genuinely cared for Kate & Giddey.

As the rain clouds moved in that day, we travelled to Gasoline Pony in Marrickville, which was decorated with twinkling lights and rustic details. I captured candid moments of the guests chatting the night away, and I couldn’t help but feel grateful to have been a part of such a special day.
